The project centres on the sensitive restoration and repositioning of a distinctive historic property. The vision is to preserve the character and identity of the underlying estate while creating a premium hospitality destination designed around architecture, heritage, design, privacy and authenticity.

The current working concept provides for approximately 12–14 premium rooms and carefully selected guest experiences, subject to final planning, design, feasibility and development approvals.

A dedicated Spanish project structure
Hotel #1 is intended to be structured through dedicated Spanish companies. Cavellstone & Co. Ltd, the UK hospitality development and brand-management company, owns the group brand and the operating company that will run the hotel; a separate Spanish property company holds the property. The operating company's local team leads the hotel's day-to-day hospitality.
